Croesyceiliog, Llanyrafon, Llanfrechfa & Ponthir

Throughout the pandemic the community has worked together to support each other, developed new relationships with public services and found new ways of working and volunteering that have the potential to tackle some of our greatest challenges. We want to build on this and plan for the future of our community.

Facilitated initially by the Service Development Lead for Integrated Wellbeing Networks (ABUHB) we will form a partnership of stakeholders from all sectors of the community to consult, engage and plan for recovery. This draft short-term plan is a starting point for discussions with elected members, community councils, statutory organisations, the third sector and the wider community.
