BECOMING A WELLBEING FRIEND
Thank you for your interest in being a Community Wellbeing Friend.

Please complete the following information about yourself so that we can build a profile of our Wellbeing Friends who are supporting the communities of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Torfaen, Monmouthshire and Newport. This will enable us to understand who is signed up, so we can widen access to the scheme as and when needed, ensuring that we have a group of Wellbeing Friends supporting people in all parts of our communities.
